Q. Can you accept special orders?
A. Sweaters currently in inventory range in sizes 6 months to 1 year. We also accept special orders up to a size 4.

Q. How can I see if the sweaters are quality?
A. Click on any of the photos to see an enlarged detailed view.

Q. Will you use the same yarn that I see in the sweater catalog?
A. This is generally not an issue as we always have plenty in stock, but there have been times when a certain type of yarn has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Therefore, similar yarn may be substituted if the original yarn pictured is discontinued.

Q. How do I order?
A. When you are ready to order, simply fill out the quantity of the sweater you would like to order and click the "Add To Cart" button. After you review your order, you will then have the option to "Continue Shopping" or to "Check Out" to purchase your sweater.

Q. How can I choose multiple items?
A. Follow the same steps above, but to continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button and you will be returned to the on-line catalog where you can add other desired items.

Q. How do you ship the items?
A. Each item is mailed Priority by USPS with confirmation. If you would like a particular service, please contact us before ordering so we can make other arrangements.

Q. What if I am not satisfied with the items after I received them?
A. Should this ever be the case, please contact us right away tell us what the problem may be. If we cannot resolve the issue, just send us the undamaged items back for a full refund of the purchase price, less S&H.

Q. Do you resell the items people have returned?
A. Absolutely not. Fortunately we rarely get these requests.

Q. Is my credit card transaction secure?
A. Yes. Using state-of-the-art encryption security technology, your online order is secure. When you place your order, you will be taken to our secure server prior to being asked for your credit card number. We use an address verification system to compare your billing address to your credit card on file with your bank. Please note that unless these match, we cannot process your order.
